RTTO is a full-service event design and planning studio based in Southern California. With a flare for simplistic elegance, innovation and creativity, each event - from intimate dinner parties to elaborate affairs - is designed with your story in mind. And whether you simply need a day-of coordinator or someone to create your event in its entirety, we want to bring your story to life.
It was a little moment that brought Jessie and Heather together. They sat across the table from one another at a mutual friend's dinner party and bonded over the design elements of two different events they were each working on. Jessie was employed with one of the largest event production companies in the country, while Heather, who had just left the corporate scene, was busy launching the wedding and floral design company that eventually became Rise to the Occasions. It didn't take long before the two were collaborating on events and in 2014 they made their partnership official.
